Dock Description

Owner is down sizing and building a new dock so this one is ready for a new home!!  The dock was made by Galva Foam around 16 years ago and has nice 2 x 2 concrete decking. The docks slips are nice cruiser slips both are 16′ wide and 40′ and 36′ long.  The longer slip has a roof entry height of 14′ 6″ and the other slip is 12′ 6″ from the water.  The dock has a nice 4 x 8 shed and a fish cleaning station with water pump in the cabinet that stays.  The swim platform is huge measuring 12 x 44 with a ladder(keeping the jump platform). There are (2) 40ft stiff arms and ramp.  The dock is sitting a bit low but a few additional floats would help.  The only other thing this needs is a new home!!  Call on this as it won’t last long at this price!
