Dock Description

This 2 well dock with 10 x 24 slips with 11ft roof entry height.  The dock has 16″ Insulbead floats with 8″ of freeboard and a painted round rod steel frame.   There is an 8 x 28 sun deck and the dock comes with a 40ft walkway and stiff arm.  Owner is selling because of getting a new dock so it is available now.  There is 6500lb Econo Lift lift included with dock.  Owner is keeping Wet Steps and pwc lift.
