Dock Description

This is a 2 well wood decked dock with a steel painted frame sitting on Ace Roto 16″ floats with 8″ of freeboard.  The slips are 12 x 32 and 10 x 28 with a large 8 x 36 swim platform.  The roof entry height from the water is 9′ 6″ and a 40′ walkway.  There is a 4000lb Galva Lift in the 10ft slip with poly tanks available for additional $$.  Owner has a new dock being built and this one needs to go now!!  Bring offers!!
