Dock Description

This is a 2 well dock with attached fishing shack, the main dock is 40 x 36 and the other is 24 x 24 with two 4 x 4 ramp connection ramps.  The main dock has a 10 x 32 deep v slip and the other slip is 10 x 27.  There is a an 8 x 36 swim deck on the left side from shore and there are two 4000lb Poly Lift v-hull lifts in the dock.  The fish shack is fully enclosed and has a 6 x 8 opening in the center.  Owner purchased the house and dock doesn’t meet their needs and would like to sell as a package or would sell fish shack separately. Dock is available now!  Owner is keeping Dual PWC Lift and Floating Ladder.
