Dock Description

This is a really nice 10 year old 2 well hip roofed dock by Dock Works.  The primary slip is 14 x 46 and the second is 12 x 32, plus it has a 12 x 12 dual pwc slip.  There is a large 12 x 30 swim platform and a really nice 12 x 16 patio area in front of the dock shed.  The dock shed is split so you have a walk-in door with roll up bar area and a separate 4 x 6 storage locker with a walk in door for all you water toys and gear.  The dock sits on 24″ Formex floats with 12″ of freeboard and a 12″ round rod frame and slate style concrete tiles.
