Dock Description

This is a large 3 well dock with a 16 x 45 primary slip with a 16′ roof entry height, the other 2 slips are 10 x 24 and 9 x 20 with 10′ 6″ roof entry heights.  The dock has wood decking on a steel painted frame with 16″ floats with 9″ of freeboard.  The dock has 2 separate swim platforms, one on each side of the dock, the larger is 8 x 50 and the other is 8 x 38.  There is a patio area in front of the smaller slips for entertaining and a 3 x 8 storage shed with walk-in door.  The dock has 2 boat lifts that are available for add’l $$, one is 4000lb Poly Lift in the 10ft slip with a tritoon bunk set up and the other is in the 9ft slip(could go in a 10ft) and it is a 4000lb Galva Lift with a v-hull bunk kit. Owner bought with house and moving existing dock here so selling this one.  Priced to move so call today!!!
