Dock Description

This is a single well Modular Concrete Dock with a 12 x 28 slip with a 11ft roof entry height.  The dock is a floating all concrete dock which is 36″ deep and has 14″-16″ of freeboard from water to top of dock.  The dock has a 12 x 28 slip and a 8 x 12 single pwc slip next to the 12 x 20 swim platform.  Owner just bought house and having a new dock built so selling dock and lifts. There is a 4500lb Econo lift with a tritoon bunk set up and a single pwc Econo Lift, both lifts are include the pwc lift was down at time of listing as bad cord on control unit so couldn’t raise but is an easy fix.  Dock is available now!!  The new is due in first part of July so this one needs a new home so call today.
