Dock Description
This is a nice single well concrete dock with a 12 x 28 slip which is great for your tritoon. It has a nice swim platform which is 8 x 32 and a 30ft ramp with wood decking. This has a painted steel frame dock with 16″ floats with 8″ of freeboard and purlin roof structure. The roof entry height is 10ft so it would be good for your tritoon or bigger runabout. There is a boat lift in the slip but not up at this point since it doesn’t have a tritoon kit on it. The owner has bought another dock so this needs to go to a new home. Bring offers would like it gone by the end of March.
