Dock Description

This is a double well dock with one slip filled in for a 10 x 14 PWC sllip.  The dock has wood decking and painted steel frame with 16″ PermaFloat encapsulated floats with 8″ of freeboard.  The dock has a truss roof system with 9′ roof entry height and has 2 ramp sections, one 32′ and the other 40′.  The ramp is offset at this time but can be relocated to the center very easily since the dog ears(connection points) are still there.  There is a 10,000lb Carvel fiberglass tanked lift in the dock which can be purchased for add’l funds.  Lift was not cycled at time of listing.  Bring offers new dock coming soon!!!
