Dock Description

This is a 2 well dock with a 10 x 32 slip with a 6ft roof extension and the second slip is 10 x 28.  The center finger between slips is 6ft and it has a 18 x 24 hinged swim platform on the right side from shore and could be moved to the other side if desired.  This is a wood decked dock sitting on a 10″ frame with 16″ floats and 7″ of freeboard.  There is a 40ft stiff arm and walkway but the walkway could be centered if you wanted.  Owner is selling Econo Lift platform pwc lift separately for additional $$.  New dock is coming mid September 2026 so call today and make offers!!
