Dock Description

This is a 2 well dock with the primary slip being 12 x 32 and the second is 12 x 28 with roof entry height from the water at 12′ 6″.  The dock has 16″ floats with 10″ of freeboard sitting on a 10″ frame with wood decking.  The dock has underwater bracing, z purlin roof system and a 40ft ramp.  The 40ft walkway was recently repaired the wood was taken off and will need about 16ft of new boards on the ramp so priced accordingly.  There are 2 lifts in the dock, a double pwc and a 6500lb Econo lift that are negotiable. Selling dock since they no longer use since selling boats.
