THIS DOCK CAN BE YOURS AFTER JULY 20TH!!!  Owner is downsizing to a single well dock so selling this nice 2 well concrete dock built by Rich’s Dock Company.  The wells are 12 x 28 with 10′ roof entry height from the water.  The dock has a nice sized swim platform on the left from shore which is 8 x 24 and has a 44′ ramp. Owner is leaving WetSteps ladder and a white dock box. This dock is 13 years old and has a painted steel frame with 20″ floats and 7″ freeboard. Owner will sell both a 4000lb and 6000lb Poly Lifts for addition funds. There is a Marine Concepts cover and track for 27ft Eliminator that could be bought as well.
