Dock Description

This is a 2 well dock with a 14 x 42 slip and a 12 x 38 with roof entries of 12′ and 8′ from the water.  The dock was a single well dock that had the larger slip added to it at some point.  The owners bought the house but the dock doesn’t fit there needs so selling it.  The dock is going to need some floats added or replaced on larger slip side.  The dock is available now so call as this will go fast due to size and price!!
