Dock Description

This is BiG 3 dock with one well that has been filled in that could removed to make it a 3 well again.  The main slip is 12 x 40 with a 11ft roof entry height as well as the 11 x 28 slip.  The third slip that is filled in is 10 x 28 which makes a nice large patio area right next to the large swim platform which is 8 x 32.  There is a 4 x 6 storage locker and a 32′ ramp and a 22′ stiff arm. The dock has 16″ Insulbead and PermaFloats with 8″ of freeboard. The dock  has underwater bracing and comes with the double PWC lift in front of the swim deck.  The owner has a new dock and selling this one, it’s a lot of dock for the $$.  Available now!!
