Dock Description

This is a 2 well dock with a 16 x 38 slip and a 10 x 20(possible to expand to 38) both with a 12ft roof entry height from the water.  The owner is building a new dock and keeping the stiff arm and the ramp/walkway can be put back in the middle where it was originally.  The dock has a 6800lb lift in it currently and may be available if buyer wants.  The dock has 16″ Formex floats under it and has 6-7″ of freeboard.  The smaller slip currently has a decked off lift in it but will be removing it due to tank issues.  When listing we saw a couple broken welds near the ramp area that will need repaired so priced accordingly.  Bring offers as they are motivated sellers!!
