Dock Description

This is a nice 2 well dock 10 x 30 slips and an 8 x 16 swim platform on the left from shore. The dock has oversized roof overhangs (front and back) extending slips by at least 2-3 feet longer.  The docks main walkway on shore side is 6ft vs. the standard 4ft. and the dock has a bronze colored roof.  The ramp/walkway is composite decked and has 32ft section and a 24ft section from shore to pier.  Owner may sell one of the 6000lb lifts for additional $$. New dock being built so dock should be available mid August 2023 or sooner!
