Dock Description

This is a nice 2 Well wood topped dock on a painted steel frame with a 4500lb Econo Lift.  The primary slip is 12 x 28 and the other is 10 x 24 which could be opened to a 28ft slip.  The dock has a large 8 x 32 swim platform on the right side from shore.  The roof entry height is 10ft from the water and dock has 20″ floats with 10″ of freeboard.  The ramp has 2 sections, one is 45ft from dock to pier and then there is a 12ft section from the pier to shore. Vertical white locker, 2 horizontal dock boxes, water pump and all of dock ramp included. Owner will sell Wet-Steps ladder for additional $$.  The owner building a new dock and is expected to be delivered in September of 2023.
