Dock Description

This is a unique 2 well dock that was originally 2 single well docks put together and a top deck put on above one with a 28 x 18 upper sun deck.  The dock has an 8 x 28 area between the slips with a sunshade over it to hang out on as well as the 8 x 28 swim platform.  The dock has mud poles on the slip opening side and a 24 ft ramp.  The slips are 10 x 24 and one is squared off and the other is a V for a bass boat / runabout. The top sundeck has a full set of stairs to it and could be a high dive as well.  The owner is looking to build a new dock so this one is ready for it’s next home.  Keeping all lifts, Slide, Pump, Speakers, Jump Platform and Fish Cleaning Station.
