Dock Description

This is a side entry 2 well dock with a 12 x 38 slip and a 10 x 26 slip, they have 12′ roof entry and a 10′ entry on the smaller slip.  This is a truss style roof but is sloped so it has higher roof clearance than a traditional horizontal truss. The dock could rotate and have the ramp enter from the front like a standard dock easily. The dock has a painted frame with wood decking and has 16″ Ace Roto floats with 7″ of freeboard.  The dock is unique and has a covered pwc slip in front of the smaller slip by the large storage locker. There is a custom jump platform being left with the dock. There are 2 different lockers plus dock boxes all being left with dock.  Owner is building a new dock so selling this one and is keeping lifts. Swim platform is hinged and being sold separately.
