Dock Description

Motivated Sellers!! This is a 2 well dock with two 10 x 24 slips with roof entry height from the water of 8′ 6″. The dock has 14″ frame with 16″ PermaFloats with 8″ of freeboard.  The dock has mud poles due shallow water which are included and there (2) 24ft ramp sections on H posts as well. Rewired 2 years ago!  There is an attached swim platform that is being kept. New dock coming in June must be gone by 3rd week of June.
