Dock Description

This is nicely maintained wood decked dock on a painted steel frame with 16″ Ace Roto floats with 8″ of freeboard.  The dock currently has 2 pwc slips, one is 12 x 16 which could be opened to a 12 x 32 and the second has a 10 x 15 that could be opened up to 10 x 20.  There is a slip between that is currently totally filled in but could be reconfigured to a 10 x 26/28.  The dock was rewired 2 years ago and repainted at the same time. There is a 6 x 12 dock shed (new a year ago) and the dock has underwater bracing and a stiff arm.  There are 2 walkway sections that go with the dock one is 30ft and the other is 12ft from shore to the piers. New dock scheduled for first part of June 2024 so this needs a new home!
