Dock Description

This is a nice 2 well dock with a large patio area and single pwc slip.  The dock is unique, it has 2 side load slips on the left side from shore, these are he primary slips.  The larger of the 2 is 11 x 30 and the second is 10 x 24.  There was a slip on the far right from shore which has been filled in for a large patio area next to the 8 x 22 pwc slip.  There is a 40ft ramp/walkway and the dock is sitting on 20″ floats with 8″ of freeboard.  The dock has 2 stiff arms on the dock which are included. There is a nice fish cleaning station and owner is leaving an upright dock locker as well as a dock box.  Owner is keeping dock pump, dock ladder and lifts.  New dock being build and dock available after Labor Day!
