Dock Description

This is a truss roofed dock with 2 slips, the primary is 10 x 26 and the other has been filled in to a 10 x 14 but should be able to open back up if needed.  The dock has a painted dock frame with 12″ floats and about 5″ of freeboard.  The roof entry height is 8′ 6″ from the water.  Owner building a new dock so selling this one, keeping ramp for next dock as well as boat lift.  New dock due in late April early May so this needs a new home now!!
