Dock Description

This is a 2 well dock with a 10 x 28 and 10 x 24 slip with an 8ft roof entry height from water.  The dock has an 8 x 22 swim platform on the right side of dock from shore.  The dock has 12″ dock floats under a painted steel frame with composite decking.  There is a 4000LB front mount Drew Lift that is included with dock.  Owner is keeping the ramp on this dock but will swap out with the ramp from the he has purchased (see last two pics for ramp that will come with this one).  Dock is priced to move fast as it needs to be moved by mid October 2025.
