Dock Description

The owner bought this property adjacent to his and doesn’t need dock and lifts so selling everything as a package deal.  It has 2 slips which are 10 x 24 with a 10ft roof entry height.  The dock has wood decking and sits on a steel framed dock with 20″ Ace Roto Floats with 10″ of freeboard.  The dock has a 4 arm 6000lb Loto Lift with 2.5″ arms and poly tanks.  One tank valve must have had a leak and sealed (see picture) no history on it. Dock also comes with a pwc lift and has a 38′ ramp.  The wiring will need to be updated on this dock but priced to move and motivated seller!
