Dock Description
This is a 2 well dock with 10 x 28 slips and a 10 x 12 dual pwc slip. The roof entry heights from the water are 9′ 6″ and 10′ 6″ to the peak. The dock has a 10″ painted round rod frame with a wood decked top. The dual pwc slip is reversed to the shore side and is under roof. The dock floats are encapsulated 16″ Eagle floats with 8″ freeboard. The dock has a 52′ galvanized ramp with a dock pump. The 6000lb Galva Lift and dual pwc Galva Lift are available for additional $$. Owner is keeping the Wet Steps ladder and 4500lb Econo Lift. New dock being so dock is available now!
