Dock Description

This is a Modular Concrete Dock with 2 slips, 12 x 36 and 12 x 24 with a roof entry height of 11′ 6″.  There is a really nice covered patio area in front of the 12 x 24 slip next to the swim deck.  The dock has (2) 4 x8 sheds for all your storage needs.  The dock has a large 12 x 32 swim deck and floating stairs off of it.  Current owner has a double PWC platform lift on shore side in front of the swim deck and can be purchased for add’l $$. The upright posts and Z purlin roof structure is all galvanized. Owner building new dock and should be ready mid to late October.
