Dock Description

Large 3 well dock with (2) 10 x 26 slips and an 8 x 22 slip, there is a 6 x 20 hinged swim platform.  The dock has 16″ Rhino floats with 10″ freeboard and 9′ 6″ entry height from the water.  The ramp coming in 2 pieces, from the seawall to pier is 22′ and pier to dock is 24′.  The dock will be available in October but could be sold sooner if buyer needs it sooner.
