Dock Description

This is a 3 well first generation concrete dock with 1 x 4 concrete decking on a galvanized frame.  The dock has a 10 x 28 slip and (2) 10 x 22 slips (these could be expanded) and has a 8 x 32 hinged swim platform. The roof entry height is 10ft from water and the dock sits on 20″ floats with 9″ of freeboard. The dock has a 40ft ramp and stiff arm.  There are 3 lifts in the dock and included as a package deal.  The lifts are a 6000lb Galva Lift with steel tanks and two 4000lb HydroHoist Lifts. Owner is building a new dock so this is available now so bring offers as they want to sell dock ASAP! New dock coming May 2024!
