Dock Description

If you are looking for a dock for your tritoon or bowrider AND your wake boat or fishing boat this is the one for you!!  The larger slip is 11 x 32  (10′ 6″ from water roof entry height) and the second slip is 10 x 24 (11′ roof entry) so you have the room for a number of combinations.  This is a well taken care of dock with wood decking and steel frame sitting on 16″ floats with 9″ of freeboard, so it’s floating good.  There is a 4 x 24 swim deck, both an upright and vertical dock lockers stay and there is an 8 x 12 patio area by the swim deck to enjoy sitting right on the water!!  There is a 50ft walkway included and the dock has underwater as well.  Owner is building a new dock so looking for a new home!!
