Dock Description

This is a 4 well cruiser dock with 2 swim platforms and great a patio area!  The dock features an 18 x 50 slip with a 18ft roof entry height and has a 27,000lb Galva Hoist poly tanked lift that is being sold for additional $$.  The second slip is 11 x 40 but can be opened up to 50′ if needed. The 3rd and 4th slips are sided load slips that are 10 x 22 (has a 4000lb Galva Lift poly tanked lift for add’l $$) and 8 x 22 with a 12 x 14 sun deck on that side of the dock. The other side has an 8 x 58 sun deck next to a large covered patio area measuring approximately 18 x 18 in front of slip 2.  There are (2) 4 x 8 dock sheds with 3ft walk-in doors.  The dock comes with a 50ft ramp and (2) 50ft stiff arms.  The owner is down sizing boats and building a new dock so selling this one.  New dock should be arriving mid June 2024 so this needs a new home!! Owner is selling the 27,000lb Galva Lift and 4000lb Galva lift separately but will look at a package deal/offer.
