Dock Description

This is a super clean single well concrete dock with a covered single PWC slip that shows pride of ownership.  This is a Krantz Dock that was build in 2010 and has a 12 x 28 slip and a 6 x 12 single PWC slip.  There is a patio area between the PWC slip and swim platform with a sun shade for privacy and/or shade in the mornings/afternoon. There is also a 4 x 8, a dock pump and a dock fan on the patio area.  The walkway is 4 x 26 and the dock has a 10′ roof entry height.  The dock is plumbed for fresh water as well.  There is underwater bracing and dock has 20″ floats with 9″ of freeboard.  The owners are building a new dock so dock should be available mid to late October 2021.  This is a nice dock and won’t last long so call today and be ready to enjoy this fall.
