Dock Description

This is a nice 2 well dock with one slip filled in for a 10 x 12 dual pwc slip.  The primary slip is 11 x 28 and second slip can be opened back to a 10 x 28.  The fill in makes a great patio area approximately 16 x 14 and it has a large 12 x 18 sun deck with temp cool tiles.  All new composite ban boards just put on last year with sun deck tiles.  The roof entry is 11ft from the water and you can see plenty of room to leave your bimini top up!  There is a fiberglass 4 x 2 dock locker and the ramp is 28ft long.  Owner is building new dock so this is available September 8th 2023, bring offers.
