Dock Description

This is a very nice single well concrete dock made by Paul’s Welding.  The dock has a 10 x 24 slip with 10′ 6″ roof entry height from the water.  The dock has a painted steel frame sitting on 16″ Ace Roto floats with 8″ of freeboard.  The dock has a nice 12 x 18 swim deck and 10 x 12 roofed patio area with a 4 x 8 shed under roof.  The dock has underwater bracing and a 4 x 28 walkway/ramp.  The owners are building a new dock that should be ready by mid to late May 2024.
