Dock Description

This is a single well dock with a 12 x 30 slip, the roof was raised at some point to make the roof entry height from the water 11ft.  There is a large 8 x 42 sun deck on the left side from shore.  The dock has a 10″ painted frame with 16″ Ace Roto floats with 9″ of freeboard.  The dock has a nice corner shed with a roll up bar window.  The walkway/ramp is 28ft long and cut at an angle so may need modified for a straight shore pocket.  The wood is good with exception of a few boards that would require replacing. Dock is located at Dock Works and is ready to go!
