Dock Description

This is a nice 2 well dock made by Ozark Barge and Dock with a 12 x 40 V’d slip and a 10 x 20 slip.  The slip entry heights are 12′ and 10′ from the water on larger and smaller slip.  The dock had a dual pwc slip that was filled in to make a large patio area in front of second slip and swim platform.  The large patio area is great for entertaining and is approximately 36 x 22 and the swim platform is 8 x 22.  The original dock was just the 12 x 40 slip and it has 6ft walkways/fingers down both sides and is topped with vinyl decking and then the second well and swim platform was added 5 years later which is all concrete tiles.  The dock has  new concrete pads which were replaced last year and has the galvanized c-channel frame sitting on 20″ Ace Roto floats with 11″ of freeboard.  The dock has been in a no wake cove it’s entire life but has c channel underwater bracing.  There is a 4 x 8 storage locker with a walk-in door.  Owner kept his original ramp but this has a 4′ x 30′ concrete ramp. Dock is in great shape and ready for it’s new home so call today!
