Dock Description

This 2 well dock has one 10 x 24 slip with a 4ft roof extension giving about 28ft of roof coverage and the second slip is 9 x 24 for like a bass boat or pwcs. There is an 8 x 20 swim deck on the right from shore and the dock has underwater bracing.  The dock has 2 ramp sections both are 4 x 24 with a float supporting the connection point.  The dock has a steel painted frame with 16″ Formex Floats with 8″ of freeboard.  The dock has wood decking that has some issues and will require work so priced accordingly. The dock is available now.
