Dock Description

This is a single well dock with a 10 x 24 slip with a 9′ 6″ roof entry height from the water.  The dock has a painted dock frame with 16″ floats with 5″ of freeboard.  The dock has a truss style roof and has underwater bracing and a 24ft walkway/ramp. There is is an 8000lb HydroHoist lift that goes with the dock as a package deal.  The lift was cycled and works as it should but one of the frame rails is bend but doesn’t appear to affect operation of the lift.  Seller needs it gone by July as new dock is coming so priced to move!
