Dock Description

This is a single well dock with 12 x 30 slip with 11ft entry height from water.  The dock has an 8′ x 24′ swim deck on the right from shore with a ladder.  The dock has 20″ AceRoto floats with 12″ of freeboard and a steel painted frame with wood decking. The dock has a z purlin roof and the  electrical was redone in 2024. There are 2 sections of ramp that go with the dock one is 44′ and the other is 18′ long.  The dock is being sold due to new dock being built. The dock broke loose in a storm which pull the ramps into lake so access is not available yet. Railing has a little damage but can be straightened.  Bring offers!!
