Dock Description

This two well dock is being sold due to needs have changed and owner is getting a larger dock.  This dock has 2 slips one being 10 x 28 for your tritoon or runabout and the second is 10 x 20 for a bass boat or your PWC’s.  The swim platform was added in the last few years with gray composite decking and is 8 x 32.  There is a smaller storage shed on the far side of the dock and sits on an 8ft finger.  The owner is selling the 6000lb Galva Lift which has axle bushings and 2.5″ arms.  It has a 22ft walkway and a stiff arm.  A couple of the Z purlins have been replaced that were rusted and has been fixed.   Motivated seller so bring offers!!
