Description

New dock coming soon so this needs a new home.  This is a 2 well concrete dock with a 10 x 24 and 10 x 20 slip(filled to 10 x 16 for PWC’s) with a 24ft ramp.  The dock is constructed with a galvanized steel frame and has 20″ floats with 12″ of freeboard.  The roof structure has purlins and the roof entry height is 9′ 6″ from the water.  Owner is looking to move fast so leaving 4000lb Boat Floater lift set up for a pontoon.  There is a dock pump on the dock as well but needs a new power cord(owner hasn’t used as he just purchased home in fall).  The swim platform is 8 x 12 and is on the left side as you look from the shore.  Wiring was updated and approved just last fall.  Not many on the market at this price so won’t last long.
