Dock Description

This is a unique single well dock with a slip size of 11 x 28 with a 4ft roof extension and still has a roof entry height of 10′ from the water. The swim platform is 16 x 32 with 6 x 12 pwc slip in it making the swim platform 10 x 12 and widens to 16 x 20 on the shore side so nice for a patio/swim area combined.  The dock has been well maintained and is a smooth water cove.  Owner has added a nice dock shed with walk-in door and roll-up bar window as well.  The dock was completely rewired about 3 years ago and frame and posts painted at that time too.  The dock was manufactured by Ozark Village Docks and has concrete decking and 20″ InstulBead floats with 9″ freeboard.  Selling due to new boat and building new dock, so will be available mid to late August.  (See Items Being Kept)
