Dock Description

This is a nice wood decked dock with 2 slips, the primary slip is 10 x 28 and the second is 10 x 16.  The smaller slip could be used for a double PWC slip or smaller bass boat.  There are 2 swim platforms one is 8 x 24 on the left from shore and the other is 10 x 20 hinged on the front which could be moved to either side if desired.  There are 2 ramps currently so if you need more depth the ramp could be centered and both ramps could be used.  There is good roof entry height of 9′ 6″ and the dock is floating good under 16″ floats with 8″ of freeboard.  There is a 6 arm 12,000lb Galva Lift with reconditioned tanks available for additional $$.  This will go fast at this price so call today!!.
