Dock Description
This is a single well dock with 9 x 21 slip with 8ft entry height. The dock includes a 4000LB HydroHoist lift with axle bushings and appears to be in working order, there wasn’t power on the dock at the time of listing. The dock will require wiring to be updated. The swim platform has a slide on it but the surface is in poor shape. This needs a new home as a new dock is coming so this is priced to move!!
