Dock Description

This is a nice 2 well dock with 12 x 28 and 10 x 28 slips with great roof entry height of 11′ 6″.  The dock has truss roof system but the trusses are turned so the entry and slip heights are much higher than traditional truss docks.  The decking is wood and has a painted steel frame.  This dock has 20″ floats with 14″ of freeboard so it is floating well.  The dock is in nice shape but would recommend this to be in a protected cove with the frame structure. Owner is having a new dock built and dock should be available by Mid September or possibly sooner.  Owner is keeping ramp for the new dock as well as all lifts, fish cleaning station, portable sheds and the  water pump.
