Dock Description

This is a Paul’s Welding single well dock with a 10 x 28 slip with a 10ft roof entry height.  The dock has a painted frame but has galvanized posts and purlins, the dock sits on 16″ floats with 8″ of freeboard.  The dock comes with a 50ft composite walk way.  The dual pwc lift  mounted on the dock side finger is included with the dock. Owner has ordered a new dock and it should be done June 2025 so dock will be available then(possibly sooner).  Bring offers!
