Dock Description

This is a single well cruiser dock with an 18 x 50 slip and 15ft roof entry height from the water.  The dock has concrete decking sitting on a painted 10″ frame with 20″ PermaFloats with 10″ of freeboard.  The upright posts and purlins are galvanized. Since there isn’t a walkway/ramp to shore it is also held by mud poles that go with the dock.  The dock was added to another dock and has 2 short walkways connecting the two docks.  The owner had a large houseboat in the slip so the dock wasn’t ever wired since no lift needed.
