Dock Description

This is a single well dock that is connected to an existing dock and owner bought with house and doesn’t need this big of slip. The dock has a 14 x 36 slip with great roof entry height of 15′ 6″ so if you wanted to extend the slip you could without losing much roof entry height by doing so.  The dock has 20″ floats with 10″ of freeboard and dock has underwater bracing. The dock is approximately 22″ from the top of the deck to the water to match up if adding to an existing dock. The dock is available now so don’t delay it will go fast.
