Dock Description

This is a good single well concrete dock with galvanized frame with a 12 x 24 slip and 11ft roof entry from the water.  The dock has a nice 10 x 20 sun deck that is hinged so it could be moved to the other side of the dock if it would fit your needs better.  The dock owner is keeping the ramp for their new dock but will provide a 44ft wood ramp-see pictures. The dock includes a 4 arm 6000LB Galva Lift with steel tanks and 2″ arms  The lift has wood walk boards down both sides and is set up for a v-hull boat.
