Dock Description
This is a clean wood decked single well dock with a 10 x 24 slip and an 8 x 28 swim deck. The dock has a 16″ Insulbead floats with 7″ of freeboard. This is a truss style roof and has a roof entry height of 8ft. The walkway/ramp is 40′ and there is a little bend in the frame near the ramp from the ice a couple years ago. The dock is available now as owner has bought a new dock.
